Black Swan

RUN... do not walk, to see this movie if you haven't already. We saw it Friday night and besides the fact that it was very disturbing (plot wise) it was beautifully shot, edited and directed. I feel like I need to see it 2-3 more times to really grasp all the subtle nuances that Darren Aronofsky put into it.
Ben and I had a conversation after the movie about how they had a pretty big budget but the entire thing was shot seemingly amateur and shaky with many shots directly behind Nina's (Natalie Portman) head so you are seeing it through her "eyes". I have been thinking about this movie all weekend and how brilliant it was.
not to mention the costumes, and special effects towards the end. :)
so... GO... see it!!
