Farm Anatomy and How to skin a squirrel

My mom grew up on a farm. Although I know the proper way to skin a squirrel (per her description) there is a lot to learn about farm life.
So when my SFGirlbybay RSS feed popped up this morning about Julia Rothman's new illustrated book Farm Anatomy, I couldn't help but enter the giveaway contest. I am a city girl like Julia, but from the preview.... it looks like a pretty amazing book that I would love to get my hands on!

PS... apparently you use a nail on the side of the smokehouse, start at the bottom of the squirrel's body and rip up his belly. eek!
