I would venture to say that gnocchi is one of my favorite foods. Here are a few variations on my list to make. from top left going clockwise:
Gnocchi Mac and Cheese,
Gnocchi Pomodoro,
Gnocchi with Squash and Kale,
Pumpkin Gnocchi with browned butter and Sage.
